Our Story

Diversified Roofing Solutions (DRS) is led by CEO Damon Brandon and President Cole Madry. They've worked in the construction industry their entire lives. Being self-driven and motivated to create their own path, they decided to leave their employee roles and form Diversified Real Estate Consultants, LLC to pursue their long-term goal of becoming a global partner in the industry. After gaining access to national projects, the company rebranded to Diversified Construction Group as the organization shifted into more of a "project management" focus. 

After a few years of managing projects with many scopes and trades involved, all data pointed to becoming a solely focused roofing solutions provider. Diversified Roofing Solutions became the official face of our organization in September 2024 with extremely aggressive growth goals. 

Our business model was built to maximize every opportunity that came our way and support the industry as a whole. Our core values, mission, and vision were built through experience and are a direct reflection of every decision we've made throughout our journey. Our transparent approach is the reason we have the partners, customers, and opportunities we have today. No matter what, whatever it takes, is the attitude we will continue to demand from ourselves as we climb our way to the top of the Roofing Industry.
